The evening opened with a heartfelt address by Richa Agarwal, President of LSG (2025–26), as she warmly welcomed members and guests. She spoke about her personal connection with the Emami Siddhivinayak Temple and reflected on Durga Puja as more than a festival — a powerful coming together of devotion, creativity, and celebration.
She also encouraged members to immerse themselves in the festivities by participating in the Dhunuchi Naach and Sindoor Khela after the performance, set to the vibrant and rhythmic beats of the Dhaak.
The temple was beautifully transformed for the occasion, creating a truly captivating setting. Adorned in traditional red and white, with intricate alpana artwork, elegant floral arrangements, and thoughtfully curated lighting, the space exuded both sanctity and grandeur.
The audience, dressed in traditional attire, added to the charm, turning the evening into a vivid celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of Durga Puja.
