Ladies Study Group (LSG) - Light the Flame of Knowledge

Way back in 1966, some stalwarts from the Indian Chamber of Commerce realized that in spite of the spread of education among women, their potential aptitudes and merit were hardly given due recognition. Therefore, in order to create a platform that encourages women towards mobilizing their talents and participate in issues relating to the national fabric, they set up the Ladies Study Group. It was inaugurated by the then Governor of West Bengal, Ms. Padmaja Naidu.

Our legacy journey continues in Jaipur

Set against the cultural richness of Jaipur, with a strong vision anchored in knowledge and learning, Ladies Study Group continues to evolve.

An enthralling Road show on 12th January’2026 brought together a group of enterprising women of diverse ages and walks of life.

The National Council with an engaging audio visual presentation introduced LSG with its commendable work over the years . It was met with great pride.

We look forward to a great beginning in April ‘ 2026.
